Bear Awareness Online Course

This online bear safety course is not just intended for oilfield workers in northern Alberta. A training session in bear awareness is for anyone who spends any amount of time in an area inhabited by bears. Whether you are working, hunting, hiking or camping, knowing the hazards and what to do if you encounter a bear could save your – or someone else’s life!

Requirements

• About 60 minutes to work through the online course
• Online exam (a mark of 80% is needed to get your certificate, but you can repeat the course twice if needed)
• All of these online safety courses are accessible on a desktop computer, mobile phones and tablets
