Taught by qualified Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada instructors, the Basic Life Support Provider CPR course is recommended for those who work or study as healthcare providers (ie: Nursing, Medicine, Dentistry, Chiropractic, Rehabilitation, etc.).  This program follows the 2020 guidelines.

Length of Course: 4 hours

Certification

  • Approved by Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada
  • Retraining recommended every year PRIOR TO EXPIRY DATE

Intermediate First Aid (Standard)
The most commonly required First Aid & CPR course in the workplace.

Level C CPR
Everyone should know how to perform CPR. Learn life-saving skills as well as how to operate an AED.

Intermediate First Aid Recertification (Standard)
Learn how to help with an emergency until EMS arrives. Must have current certification.

Babysitting Course
A course for 11-17 year olds. Learn babysitting basics and how to handle emergencies.
