Bookkeeping/Office Administration

Our fast growing, Consumer Choice award training company is adding a new entry level position to our team. We are seeking a positive, personable team player for a full-time position. This individual will be mainly responsible for bookkeeping with several office administration functions. A team player with bookkeeping experience and excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written are imperative in this position.


Post-secondary study with a specialization in small business bookkeeping /accounting, or at least 1 years’ experience directly relating to field of study
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, skilled in a Windows environment, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficiency in other business machines is essential
Must be very organized and comfortable in multi-tasking on a daily basis



Accounts Receivable – invoicing, assisting with account management and collections as required
Accounts Payable – entering and paying bills monthly in a timely fashion
Liaise with Registrar / Course Coordinator pertaining to invoicing.
Communicate with customers and vendors regarding invoicing, billing, etc.
Bank Deposits
Administrative Support as required by various departments

Office Administration:

Telephone (registrar) relief / coverage- as required
Other duties, as required


Salary range of $32,000-$37,000 yearly

Paid benefits
