This course is a convenient blended version of Intermediate First Aid. Complete Part 1 online. Part 2 consists of 1 day in-class skills component.  Equivalent to the traditional Intermediate (Standard) First Aid two-day course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home.

Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

Length of course:

Part 1 – 6-8 hours online learning (Online time commitment may vary by learner)

Part 2 – 8 hours in-class practical component
